Vehicle Recovery and onward travel assistance
In the event of an immobilising accident or damage that renders the vehicle insecure - Claims Solutions takes care of things. We want to ensure that drivers and passengers, together with the vehicle are recovered to a place of safety as soon as practically possible.
Working with our assistance providers the RAC, Claims Solutions will provide for recovery. The vehicle will be taken to one of our approved repairers (or to a place of safety if the incident occurs out of hours) for onward recovery the next working day. We will also make arrangements to ensure that the driver can reach their intended destination.
