Nigel SteadManaging Director

Nigel has recently been appointed as the Managing Director of the Lloyds Banking Group contract hire businesses, Lex Autolease, having been the Managing Director of Autolease for the last 9 years.

He is also the vice chairman of the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association, Chairman of Fleet Synergy International and a non executive Director of MO Group PLC.

Antonia Pickles Business Improvement Director

Takes responsibility for the Six Sigma programme which engages the whole company in applying tried and tested techniques to improve customer service. Has worked for Lex for eleven years and had previous experience in the Finance team.

Hugh Griffiths IT Director

Responsible for the integrity and service delivery of the Lex IT system to all customers. This is an area which has enjoyed massive investment over the past years and Hugh's aim is to ensure it provides innovative solutions to exceed customer expectations. Previously with the HBOS Corporate Division for 18 years where he was responsible for IT strategy, projects and customer service.

Carol Parkes Finance Director

Responsible for all disciplines associated with the Finance activities in Lex. Carol has over twelve years service in the business and has a deep understanding of the nature and intricacies of the vehicle leasing market. Takes a strong interest in the Lex culture, particularly the company Values and the Lex Best Manager schemes.
